MiniDrive is a file management web application that allows users to:

• Create and manage folders
• Upload and store files
• Password protect folders
• Share folders with others

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to MiniDrive. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Your files are stored securely using ImageKit's cloud infrastructure. You may delete your files and folders at any time through the Service interface.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

MiniDrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
